I have used this brand of immunity product for many years. It helped lessen and shorten my cold sores. This time, I bought it for my grandchildren to ensure they received the necessary vitamins when their family fell ill. I believe it assisted, as two of the five remained well and the others recovered quickly. The flavour is pleasant, too.
